How do I get started?
You can easily get started by clicking on our “Order” or “Our Meals” tab which will direct you to our easy ordering system. Just choose your plan, pick the amount of meals you want per week, add to your cart, and you’re all set! You can also call and speak to one of our representative to place your order or help you decide what plan is right for you- we’re here to help!
Am I locked in long term?
Our plans are pay as you go! You can order as many meals as you want as long as you meet our 10 meal weekly minimum. However, if you love our food and want to continue receiving meals every week- without the need to constantly order- then we leave that up to you to check off during checkout.
I just signed up! What’s next?
Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email and receipt with your order details.
What are your cut-off times for new orders?
Your start date depends on when you place your order. Our cut-off times are THURSDAY at 5PM for the following week. If your order is placed by THURSDAY at 5PM, you will start the following Monday. If your order is placed after THURDAY at 5PM, you will receive your meals the next Monday.

Is there a referral program?
Yes! If you have someone that you would like to refer to us, please send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with their contact name, email, and phone number. You can also have your friend call in and give us your name. If they sign up, we will give you $20 off your next order of 15 meals/week or more!
ACCOUNTING & BILLING
How do I make changes to my account?
In order to make changes to your account (for example your delivery address, gate codes, phone numbers etc.) three-business days advanced notice must be given. Any changes to your delivery schedule or meal plan must be either be made through the personalized member portal, called into our office at (305) 985-5093 or emailed to us at email@example.com. Any downgrades to your meal plan will not take effect until the start of the next week; no downgrades are to be made mid-week.
What is your cancelation policy?
All of our members have until FRIDAY at 5PM of their order week to cancel their order. After FRIDAY at 5PM, your order will be officially processed and your account will be charged.
How does billing work?
After your order is placed, your account will be charged AFTER our FRIDAY 5PM cancellation cut-off period. Whether you place your order on Tuesday at 5pm or Thursday at 5pm- all accounts will be charged after Friday at 5PM.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. No cash is accepted upon delivery.
How do I know what plan I should order?
Each of our menus is designed with a specific goal in mind. On each meal plan page, there is a description of what that plan will include and accommodate. If you are unsure of which option is right for you, feel free to give us a call at (305) 985-5093 and one of our enrollment specialists will point you in the right direction!
Can I customize my plan?
You sure can! Our members have the ability to choose their plans and make sure they aren’t getting anything that they don’t like during checkout. They can also customize their plan with plan add-ons like extra protein and making their plan Pescatarian.
Can I combine different meal plans?
You sure can! Simply select our Mix & Match meal plan and then choose any combination of meals from whichever meal plan you prefer. For example, you may choose to have an Essential breakfast and lunch with a Paleo dinner- a great way to try all of our meals!
How often do you change your menu?
Our menu changes every week on rotation. We are constantly creating new, delicious meals to add to our rotation for you to enjoy!
Is there a limit on how many meals I can order?
There is no maximum limit to how many meals you can choose! However, there is a minimum order of 10 meals per week.
Where does Miami Meals deliver?
We currently service from Palmetto Bay – Boca!
What time will you be delivering my meals?
Your meals will be delivered Sundays and Tuesdays between 7-11PM.
What are my meals delivered in?
Your meals will be delivered in thermal cooler bags with ice packs to ensure the freshness of your food.
Is there a fee for the cooler bag?
Yes. There is a one-time fee of $10 to purchase your cooler bag, which is then yours to keep. You will receive your cooler bag and ice packs, along with your meals on the first night of delivery.
What do I do with my empty cooler bag and ice packs?
On Sundays and Wednesdays, please make sure to put your empty cooler bag and ice packs out on your doorstep for our driver to pick up when he makes your next delivery.
What if I forget to leave my cooler bag out?
If you forget to leave BOTH your empty cooler bag and ice packs out the night before your next delivery, your food will still be delivered. However, you will be automatically be charged $10 for another cooler bag and ice packs and you will own another one.
Who can I contact regarding deliveries?
Please contact us at (305) 985-5093 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for any delivery issues. Please do not relay any delivery or customer service related questions to your driver. All inquiries and instructions must be relayed through customer service.
What if I live in a gated community or need my bag delivered somewhere specific in my home?
If you live in a gated community or condo with a concierge or manned gate, please notify them about your deliveries so our drivers can gain access. Be sure to tell them we deliver Sunday and Wednesdays evenings. If there is no manned gate, we will need to receive a FOB or gate code before your deliveries can begin. Miami Meals cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries due to no access. If you have any specific driver instructions regarding where to place your bag, please add the specifics to your order notes or contact us at (305) 985-5093 or email email@example.com.

How do I heat my meals?
All of our meals come in BPA-free microwave and dishwasher safe containers. To warm your meals, open the container and remove any cold items, garnishes and sauces. The average microwave heating time is about 1-2 minutes but keep in mind that microwaves vary. We highly recommend heating our meals in the toaster oven if you have access to one!
How many days will my meals last?
Our food is made fresh the day of delivery and stays fresh for up to 3-5 days.
What if I have food allergies or dislikes?
Simply check your allergies and dislikes, or write them in your other options section when ordering your meals during check-out.
How many days will my meals last?
Our meals are made to be eaten fresh on the day that they are delivered. We do not recommend freezing our meals.
Where can I find the nutritional info for each meal?
Each meal’s complete nutritional facts can be found on the label. Our calorie counts range depending on what meal plan you choose. For a range of our calories and nutritional facts- please view our meal plan page.
Are my meals cooked with salt?
Our meals are very low in sodium. Only moderate amounts of all natural kosher sea salt. We give you the option to add more salt to your tasting at home once you heat up your meals.
Do you have gluten-free meals?
Yes we sure do! We have tons of gluten-free menu options- in fact; most of our meals are gluten free already. Please keep in mind that our facility is not gluten free certified so we cannot guarantee no cross contamination. If you have a severe or life threatening gluten allergy, we do not recommend Miami Meals.
What are your protein sources?
We have a wide variety of protein sources in our meal plans. We use chicken, fish, seafood, pork, turkey breast, and beef. We also used many different plant based protein options for our vegan and vegetarian meals such as beans, nuts, eggs, cheese, and tofu.
What are your fat sources?
We cook with healthy, unsaturated fats that are high in Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids. We avoid butter and lard. We use healthy fats like coconut oil and olive oil in our food preparation.
